Payment:

We accept card, postal order, bankers draft, cheque, paypal.

Our preferred method of payment for the fastest processing of your order is by card over the phone. This can be phoned through to Tel 0844 35 786 80 (Lines are open Mon-Sat 8am till 6pm). We instantly process your order using this method.

Paypal is only accepted from confirmed addresses only and takes 48 hours for us to process.

You can also pay by card or bankers draft when you collect.

Shipping:

For collections please ensure that you have pre-arranged with us by telephone 0844 35 786 80.

For courier delivery, we do require:

your full name delivery address.
best day and time for delivery.
contact landline and preferably mobile phone numbers.
We cannot arrange delivery without this information.

If the courier misses delivery then extra charges may be incurred.

Please do not sign for the item until you are satisfied that it is in a perfect condition. Any discrepencies must be marked as damaged on the couriers note, and phoned through to us and the couriers office within 48 hours.

Terms of Sale:

All goods must be checked on collection or delivery and not signed for until you are satisfied. If in doubt please sign as damaged and report to us within 48 hours - claims for damaged items will not be otherwise accepted. Terms such as Unchecked or Not Checked are taken as clear acceptance of goods.
You must inform us of any discrepancies whatsoever within 48 hours of collection / delivery.
No responsibility can be accepted for any claims once the item is fitted.
Product warranty cover parts only (not wear & tear or neglect) for 1 year unless otherwise specified. An installation invoice from a professional installer must be provided in the event of a warranty claim. We do not cover courier costs in any case. Faulty parts must be returned to us under the guarantee (at your own expense), then we will send replacement parts at our expense. All responsibility of goods lies with the buyer once they have been received.
Do not book your fitter until you have received and checked the goods.
We do not cover for consequential loss, labour or courier / transportation costs.
Do not book your installer until you have received and checked the goods.
We are not qualified to offer any professional advice for any of our products and can accept no liability for claims suggesting the same. You are advised to check the suitability of the product with a professional body.

Returns:

If you wish to cancel your order then items may be returned within 7 days by contacting us by phone (0844 35 786 80) for a RMA (Return merchandise authorisation) which must be shown outside the package. Any items returned without a RMA will be refused by our goods inwards department. We do not refund courier costs either way. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item(s) reach us in good condition and we will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned items so please ensure you take out the correct insurance cover. The customer must arrange for the return. Any non-faulty items will incur up to 25% handling charge. Some items that are non-returnable will be advertised as such. Auction items are non cancelable. Purchases made by businesses are not subject to cancellation.
Contact our aftersales department within 7 days of receipt of goods to obtain a RMA number.  You must ensure that the items are returned to us in the original condition.  We recommend using a trackable delivery service.  Bespoke, personalised, opened packages or refurbished items are non returnable.
